OUR PEOPLE
PRESPA Institute brings together a multidisciplinary community of researchers, practitioners, policy professionals, and public intellectuals committed to strengthening democratic governance, regional cooperation, and evidence-based public policy.
Our network combines expertise in strategic foresight, European integration, foreign policy, security studies, democratic governance, economics, communications, and civic participation. Through their diverse professional and academic backgrounds, our Fellows contribute to research, policy analysis, public engagement, and institutional development across the Institute’s programme areas.
Together, they form a community dedicated to understanding change, strengthening systems, and enabling participation.
Thematic and Programme Leads provide intellectual leadership and strategic direction across PRESPA Institute’s thematic areas. They guide the development of research agendas, shape programme priorities, foster partnerships, and ensure the quality and relevance of the Institute’s work.
Working across disciplines and sectors, Programme Leads connect research, policy, and practice to help institutions and societies better understand change, strengthen resilience, and enable meaningful participation.
