Dona Kosturanova

Member of the Executive Board (2020-2023)

Dona Kosturanova is a member of the Executive Board of PRESPA Institute.

She graduated from the School of Journalism and Public Relations in Skopje.

Dona currently works as a Program Manager at the Westminster Foundation for Democracy. She has more than ten years of professional experience in the civil society sector as an activist for youth inclusion and policies, democratization and the fight against corruption, as well as a member and activist of the Youth Educational Forum. At MOF, she was the president of the organization for a period of five years, and then from 2014 to 2018 as the executive director. As president of MOF, she co-founded Radio MOF. She is one of the founders of the National Youth Council of Macedonia, an umbrella organization of youth organizations in the country, and its first vice-president. Donna has worked on several advocacy initiatives in the field of youth, education and civil society in the country, including the Berlin Process and the initiative to establish the Regional Youth Office for the Western Balkans (RIKO). She is an alumna of the European Union’s EUVP program in 2019 and the US State Department’s IVLP program in 2018.

Donna was a member of the Executive Board for the 2020-2023 term.
