Twin Transformation of North Macedonia is a report from the research under the project “EU Observatory – Chapter 27” which presents and explains the Green Framework that includes the EU Green Deal, the Green Agenda for the Western Balkans, the Economic and Investment Plan and the Regulation on IPA-3.
The project analyzes the Green Framework and maps the funds available for their implementation, as well as the programmed projects that will benefit the country. In addition, the project also maps the commitment of the Government to co-fund these projects. In the end, the report provides an overview of Chapter 27 – Environment and Climate Action and the identified main 72 legal acts with which we will have to harmonize in the EU Accession process.
