Instrument for Pre-accession Assistance – IPA-3 is a briefing material for better understanding of the Instrument and the financial framework which supports the Accession of North Macedonia to the European Union. With the material, several key questions about the Instrument are answered, and the windows in which the assistance is planned, as well as the determined projects are identified.
In addition, the material offers information about the commitments made by the Government to co-fund the projects and facilitate their implementation.
