PRESPA Institute’s podcast series “North Macedonia in 2023” is our contribution to the analysis of the year that we are venturing into, the challenges that the country will meet or the opportunities that we will have in the areas of our interest. In this episode we will discuss the topic Challenges, Reforms, Balkans, Europe and the Future, while looking into the following specific issues:
- EU Accession Negotiations;
- Preparedness for successful negotiations, as well as preparedness for EU Membership;
- Blocking the process and potential blockade of the process and institutions with the upcoming constitutional amendments;
- The contribution of Open Balkans, other regional initiatives or the accelerated integration for the economic development and for the improvement of the quality of life for our citizens.
This episode is a conversation with our special guest Deputy Prime Minister for European Affairs, Mr. Bojan Marichikj, who is at the same time Chief Negotiator with the EU and National Foreign Aid Coordinator and National IPA Coordinator.
